I have been tracking my sheds the past year or so and have noticed that I shed around late Aug - Nov. and late Feb - April and that it thickens back up in summer and winter. It seems to have a three month cycle. Whether thats normal or not I dont know but as long as it comes back I dont worry...

I have heard a few people on here speaking of getting blood testing done as a tool to figure out why they may be suffering from hairloss. Out of curiosity what is it that you are testing for? What kinds of findings should raise red flags? Is blood testing really all that helpful?
