Really glad I didn't continue to avoid treatments like some other people and end up with a big NW3 or NW4. Didn't really know or recognize how bad my hairline was starting to look until the #2nd picture in the "before" album.

In regards to oral and topical spironolactone, is oral more effective when it comes to hairloss(or the same?) ? And are the sideffects with oral spironolactone the same with the topical version?
