Just a small update I'm upping my Grapeseed extract to two 400mg caps a day. It still falls within recommended dose on the back label ( 1 - 2 caps daily.) I'm doing this because I've upgraded to Dutasteride.
Well I chickened out of taking it every other day. For now I'll be taking Dutasteride every 3rd day. According to everything I've read here and other sites this dose should still be stronger than taking Propecia every day. I'll report back.
