Started taking it due to lack of success after a year of Propecia.No sides but no progress either. Gave Avodart a try and its officially been half a year. Avodart was too much. Taking it only once every 3 days I experienced:
- Penis numbness
- Brain fog
- Weak ejaculation
- Watery semen
- Infrequent mild pinching sensation in prostate
-Waking up prematurely due to a feeling of needing to urinate, even though my bladder is mostly empty.
- Dehydration
- Pectoral muscle soreness
I'm active,healthy, etc and take the popular supplements that help with sides but it still didn't matter. This drug is just too strong. Somewhere along the line I found myself thinking that I may as well have been taking poison, so I got rid of it.
I don't have a plan to fight this loss anymore. RU58841 or Transplant are the only things I haven't tried. Unfortunately I'm not in a financial position to try either of them at the moment and even if I was both options kind of scare me. I'll probably just take Propecia once a day again until I'm sure of what to do.
