If a complete cure for hairloss was ever found, the money to be made in that market would seriously sky-rocket into a billion dollar industry. There would never be a reason to keep it silent, so stop being paranoid.
Dude just go to a professional hair salon, not the one you go to now, and ask them to do something, anything to your mop. Maybe go through a women's catalog and pick out a nice new hairstyle :wink:
