Have done everything the last ten years, minoxidil, finasteride, shampoo, micro needle, vitamins etc? Anyway to actually fill this in or best it’s gonna get? It was scalp back when but is this worth it all? Thanks!!!

42...been losing but hanging in there for about 20yrs. Its cut pretty close where it looks meh from the front but with some light and water, pretty bald. Have done finasteride, the shampoos, rogaine foam and stuff like viviscal to pump it up a bit (all together) and it brought it back lightly but...
