About To Give Up...any Last Ideas On Top Of This?

42...been losing but hanging in there for about 20yrs. Its cut pretty close where it looks meh from the front but with some light and water, pretty bald. Have done finasteride, the shampoos, rogaine foam and stuff like viviscal to pump it up a bit (all together) and it brought it back lightly but not that great. Anything out there left to try or just make thicker that is legit?

Please try high dose taurine, microneedling, oral castor oil, high dose MSM (always thickens my hair a bit), and high dose vitamin c and biotin.

Taurine helps clear fibrosis in scalp and microneedling will spyr new growth. Please please tey this. For most biotin and msm are useless but they Always thicken up my hair a bit
