Is there a general consensus of who is better for male hair transplants? Does one specialize in one area (hairline, crown, etc) vs the other? I am looking to get transplants predominantly for the front hair line. Thanks!!

i'm just curious what the general consensus is based on current research/knowledge.. ie, is daily dosage a waste due to how long is stays in your system? is 1.25mg no better than 1mg, 0.5mg, etc?

So I've been on finasteride for 5 years now, 1.25mg per day. My hair loss seems to have slowed down for the most part and i am happy with the results. My question is, now that we are almost in 2018 and new research is being done daily, is there now a new "recommended" or "standard" dosage everyone...

do you have thick or fine hair? and how do you find the nizoral daily helps your hair.. by reducing the oil? my concern with daily use would be the fact that since it dries the hair out, my scalp would over compensate with even more oil production. also the fact that maybe the nizoral would be too...

Some will say Nizoral on an oily scalp is a must to unclog all that sebum/sweat/oil. However others will say drying out an oily scalp (with nizoral) will only encourage more oil production.. what do you guys think?

I've noticed some of the hairs that shed along my hairline are either very tiny with tapered ends or 1-1.5 inches long with tapered ends.. This is obviouslly bad news and means DHT is short-cycling these hairs.. my question is, 1] is there a difference between the tiny hairs with tapered ends...

why is SLS bad? i hear a lot of people saying don't use shampoo with SLS, but why?

right on. i'm still wondering if finasteride raises my TSH lvls, maybe finasteride is hurting my hairloss rather than helping? god such a headache, there is no simple answer..

If finasteride is upping your Test, that means there is less DHT being created, no? so the question would be, what is worse, higher DHT or higher test? would finasteride + folligen + a TSH lowering diet be best? that way you reduce both the type 1 and type 2? or do you believe the negative effects of finasteride...

im white but not irish or english. so you are saying finasteride could be hurting my situation? mind you ive always been hot / sweated / oily even before finasteride. but basically in your opinion, finasteride is harming my liver which is affecting my tsh and hurting my hair.. so which is more important, stopping DHT...
