    I'm pretty inconsistent, i just go until i think if i did anotehr rep it might cause some damage. Just take it slow and steady thats how you'll get the best results and up your weight or # of reps as you think you can handle it.

    not really, sugar will make you hyper for a while, but then that'll fade. As for salt, it'll just make you thirsty. I don't think it will make you tired at all.

    the only time i've heard of anyone taking iron pills is if they have a medical problem where they dont produce enough or they don't eat meat.
