I'm in the exact boat as Noah. My main q at this stage (after 3 sessions) is how many 'paths' i should make over the head. Ive seen 2 x vertical, horizontal AND diagonal, I've seen only one path in total, etc. No need to over wound if unnecessary, but also under wounding would be not optimal...

the whole toppik/needling combo sounds a bit potentially risky imo....

Possibly, still not positive there's no correlation. What about the toppik fibers seeping into the micro tears point? Does anyone have thoughts on this?

Has there been major studies done actually proving that rogaine is safe to use long term? I know the literature says it is, but how do we REALLY know?

im using the kirkland foam in AM and liquid in PM. major head itch, mostly with the liquid. guess there's no way around it?
