Hi all, I am using finasteride, spironolactone 5s cream one time per day and nizoral shampoo 3 times per weeks. Do you guys think is good enough to block the DHT? What should I expect for this regime? Maintain or regrow? I am think to add some supplement. I hear that biotin is good for hair. Would this help too...
