finasteride + spironolactone 5% cream + nizoral are good enough to block DHT?

Hi all, I am using finasteride, spironolactone 5s cream one time per day and nizoral shampoo 3 times per weeks. Do you guys think is good enough to block the DHT? What should I expect for this regime? Maintain or regrow? I am think to add some supplement. I hear that biotin is good for hair. Would this help too?

Please kindly advise.

Not sure about the 5S cream, but with finasteride you are pretty much using the best thing we have.
