You tested your DHT serum the following day after application. Thats going to be the day when its is at is lowest. Maybe better to get DHT serum tested after 6 days just before applying your next dose. Supposedly topical dutasteride leaves the system much faster than oral duta as topical...

Who knows, no real studies into topical duta so its still just a case experiment, monintor your progess/results, get blood checks then report results on here so we can get a better understanding of what works best.

1.5mg is just just what i decided to try. the FUE clinic recommends applying between 1 and 2 mg either once or twice per week so decided 1.5 mg was a reasonable amount to start with. i empty 3 0.5mg soft gel duta capsules into 1.5 ml of stemoxydine.

I've been applying 1.5mg topically per week for 10 weeks. zero side effects so far. I will get a blood test at some point to check serum dht level to make sure it remains within the normal range

The whole interest based around topical duta is the idea that it does not go systemic. If it doesn't go systemic (or only minimal amount) its not going to affect fertility.

I appreciate that you are still amending and experimenting with your protocol but why bother if you have found something that works?

I've been applying 1.5mg topically per week using capsules in minoxidil for the last 2 months. Any more than 1.5mg in one application gives me very slight ball ache for 12 to 24 hours after. But at 1.5mg no sides. I am at some point i'm going to get my dht level tested to confirm whether or not it...

    Topical Dutasteride Case Assessment Thread

The first time I applied topical Duta i accidentally applied more than intended. I definitely experienced very slight ball ache for about 12 hours afterwards. This showed that for me that topical Duta can go systemic to some degree even if it's much less than topical finasteride. Mustang said...
