Is there really any evidence against the theory of poor blood flow?

If it was blood flow then that would surely mean pattern baldness was more prevalent in women?

Women 5 times more likely to 'date' men with hair, not bald guys

More like 50 times, I reckon. I'm very thankful as men that society can still judge us on things other than looks such as confidence and status. Women are judged by society almost solely on their looks.

Daniel Craig is about a NW3 and he looks great

If you compare his hairline there to what it was in Casino Royale he has definitely receded a bit. But what resu says is right; as long as you don't have a bald spot, wider society doesn't see NW3 as balding. Its "mature". I'd love to be NW3 again!!

I hate the term "healthy head of hair"

I agree, it just reinforces the perception of baldness being a health issue rather than a genetics issue.

Topical Cetrizine for Hair Loss instead of Finasteride (Propecia)

Bad luck on the sides; only a small amount of people using cet should experience fatigue ..but for the rest of us at least its an opinion to suggest that it does penetrate the scalp when applied topically. I recently passed the three month mark of approx 1 x cetirizine applied topically with...

Yep. They're aren't a scam, they just sell products that work plus a service charge on top.

Topical Cetrizine for Hair Loss instead of Finasteride (Propecia)

Thanks. I just bought 30 tablets for 10eur (about $13) in a local pharmacy today. Not bad. Now onto finding a decent solution for the crushed tablets. I tried one 10mg tablet in one of my vials of Fluridil (which is Isopropyl alcohol and Grape Seed Extract) but it didn't dissolve at all so...

Topical Cetrizine for Hair Loss instead of Finasteride (Propecia)

Are people able to buy this (Zyrtec) over the counter without a prescription?

Ijust saw this in one of our main UK newspapers, please say it may be true !!!!

Surely they're saying two years cos the products are already out there and have been tested for safety in humans before i.e. they can skip a couple of phases of FDA testing I wouldn't expect miracles with this i.e. regrowth from NW5 to NW1, but a topical, legally available alternative to...

Shampoos to use in between Nizoral

Shampoos that contain piroctone olamine* are the next best to use. They are proven even more effective than Ketoconazole at increasing the diameter of existing follicles. *Body Shop Ginger Shampoo and Head & Shoulders are two I know that contain it

    Where is s.a.f.?

Its sort of disappointing that it was just getting laid that eventually turned him from a huge curmudgeon to being all supportive and at peace with baldness! I suppose that's what most in the Impact forum need. A good shag.
