Why would anti-inflammatories do that? I am about to take a medication that is very anti-inflammatory for a few weeks for an unrelated issue.

Mine are a little swollen today, after going hard two days ago. It's the first time this has happened though in 5 sessions total. I always use a new needle and wash my hair before, but besides that, I don't take any other precautions.
