Really? Your hairline looks perfect to me. Even the crown looks like it is simply the way the hair is parted. You're on propecia, so even if you are experiencing hair loss, hopefully that should stop things from progressing.

I agree, but I'm low on options. The finasteride & dutasteride might help with maintaining hair (fingers crossed), but sadly I don't see them ever restoring any of the miniaturised hairs to full health.

Considering that you're pulling your hair back tightly, so as to show it in the most unfavourable light, I'd say your hair looks pretty good (certainly better than my sorry mop).
