I keep hearing folks talk about dermarolling - - either with minoxidil, to boost absorption; or on its own, to trigger the body's wound healing mechanism - - and was wondering if it makes a difference? (as part of a regimen). Has anyone successfully regrown any hair by using a dermaroller? (with or without minoxidil). Please let me know. Thanks.
