In my opinion, it's largely psychological. Every time I get erect, I think to myself hmm... it feels softer than usual, I wonder if it's because of finasteride? See? That mindset will just make your erections softer.

I take them for daily health, not really for hair. I had a blood test that indicated I was a little on the lower end (especially Vitamin D) so I'm taking vitamin supplements to fix that. Fish oil and pumpkin seed oil makes me feel energetic in the morning.
