Pretty much the entire scalp where the system is on. Mostly at the perimeter but even in the center/behind the hairline I’ll have some dandruff flakes stuck to the tape when I remove my system. So yeah I’m not really sure what to make of it

I’m talking about my scalp. When I take off my system, my scalp under the system usually has a bunch of dandruff/oil buildup that gives me irritation

Wondering if anybody has any tips for handling dandruff and oil buildup with their systems. I’m able to do 7-10 days with my system, 12 if I’m pushing it but the limiting factor seems to be irritation from dandruff and oil. Usually around day 7ish I start to get itching and irritation usually...

That sounds awesome. I use full 0.06 poly but if it’s thinner and a bit stronger that sounds amazing to me. Will give it a try and see how it goes

How is your hold with signature tape compared to ultra hold? I use ultra hold and it’s solid but always looking for better and I saw it’s thinner

I do reattach weekly so that’s comforting to hear

Just a question, what kind of tape/glue do you use for things like rollercoasters? I use Walker ultra gold tape on the perimeter/middle and ultra hold glue for the hairline but still kinda scared

Yes I would definitely go with a fresh attachment 1-2 days out with extra tape. So I’m hoping that should be fine

I do have a full poly unit. But I don’t really see how air could get into the middle if the entire perimeter is bonded down plus with tape covering the entire middle, hopefully shouldn’t be any way for air to enter the middle?

I’ve also found the exact same issue with Walker’s no shine. Every time I used it, it would leave behind a ton of residue. I now use the Walker minis that were linked above. Barely any sticky residue left on the base. Makes cleanup a hundred times easier

I’ve also seen a lot of complaints with Lord Hair hence I’m going with Lavivid. I wish Eric had stock at NWL, it baffles me how other places like Lavivid and Lordhair have lace units available yet he has none in stock

Wanted to bump this, how have people’s experiences with Lavivid been? Considering going with the Ares system since NWL doesn’t have any lace units in stock and I don’t really like the full poly system. Would like to hear people’s experiences especially with the Ares system!
