I had to man just for the week after the each SMP session. I'm going to be real strict with the minoxidil and yeah havent stopped the dutasteride 3 x per week and keto shampoo 3 times per week

Here are some progress pics one week after 4th smp session. Have been off minoxidil for a month, not sure if that had an affect but will start again using alcohol free aquagaine in 3 days. Might even try dermarolling.
