Some more pics, prior to ceasing regular minoxidil I noticed my scalp was a lot less dry. I also had to stop the me to shampoo for 4 days post each smp session and I noticed some new little hairs growing back.
The alcohol and chemicals might have been making it worse.
Once a week I'm now going to...
I had to man just for the week after the each SMP session. I'm going to be real strict with the minoxidil and yeah havent stopped the dutasteride 3 x per week and keto shampoo 3 times per week
Here are some progress pics one week after 4th smp session.
Have been off minoxidil for a month, not sure if that had an affect but will start again using alcohol free aquagaine in 3 days. Might even try dermarolling.

Thank you mate :) No problem.
Dutasteride 500mcg daily for first month then 3 times per week from there.
Ketoconazole shampoo 3 times per week left in for 3 to 5 minutes
Minoxidil 5% 1ml hairline, 1ml crown, morning and night (I know this is double the dose)
Simple things that have some...
Thanks, shop around. My tech was a graphic designer for 20 years. He has an artistic eye so knows how to achieve a natural look. I think less it's more especially at the hairline. He was also the only one who didn't pressure me. Ironically during my 5 hr session I got calls and texts from the 3...
Thank you and yes you're right.
The pics help though because you see yourself every day.
I also look at other pics from my Europe trip in 2016 6 months before I started taking dutasteride, and off my minoxidil for 6 weeks. And there's an even bigger difference
Hi guys, had my first SMP session today.
The crown isn't complete yet. Here's a pic of how it looks at the hairline. I'm really impressed with the results, better than I expected. :)
-Size/weight of the drug molecule
-Solubility in water/alcohol
-Stability in the solution/suspension over time
-Potency of the drug
-Half-life
These are just some of the factors the compounding chemist would need consider when developing a vehicle for the delivery system.
I haven't looked into...
Hard to say bro... the only way is to try them. Go on pubmed, read some research and decide which you would want to try first.
Anecdotally by reading this board it seems finasteride does the job for most guys.
Try finasteride first, be patient, maybe 1 year. There will be an initial shed in the first three...
I think I sent an excerpt of this clinical review of dutasteride studies, they compared side effects from various randomised placebo controlled trials
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1550785/
those side effects were seen in 1% of patients
