Microneedling alone does little to nothing. Only useful when combined with minoxdil

I recommend Zoloft(setraline) or Cipralex(escitalopram). They’re very effective for BDD and don’t have as much side effects as other SSRI drugs.

If you maintain that with finasteride then I’d say you’re good. You can’t even tell you’re balding when the hair is dry
