Crown got worse and I feel sad. Finasteride is not doing a thing so far. Hair is getting thinner while on it.

How bad is my crown at the moment? Time for hair

yeah, its diffused badly

wig can be an option at this point or maybe transplant if you have enough donor hair

please take better pictures that are not blurry and with better lighting. you could be at the early stages of crown thinning but it's really hard to tell with those pics. you know your own body best, so if you've noticed thinning it's ideal to start doing something about it as early as possible.

Transplant. It is definitely thinning. I think you have 2 more years before you go NW5
