Not sure if it is noticeable in the pictures, but the miniaturization of the hairline and the inches behind it definitely have progressed. I still see many miniaturized strands and my temples have gone back further since I started the minoxidil. Also it looks thinner than ever when wet. I will start...
No I am not spreading misinformation. I literally went to a dermatologist and that is what he told me. It is normal to not have the same density you had as an early mid teen, I know someone who is sixty and has what looks like a full head of hair, because it basically is. But even he says that...
Hello everyone and happy holidays. So my hair loss story is a bit peculiar. I first noticed a change in my hair’s density around the age of 17. It wasn’t noticeable then, it is barely noticeable now, four years later (I am 21 years old). So the area that is affected the most is the hairline and...
My dream told me it was fine to apply to both areas. I have been applying to the beard are for half a year and to the scalp for about two weeks. Just be careful with the dosage. What I do is apply to the scalp and face once a day.
Well what minoxidil does is increase the density of each existing hair follicle. If you are a diffuse thinner you have miniaturization all over, so minoxidil will help bring all the miniaturized follicles closer to their original thick state.
I have heard about lupus extract and onion juice. Anything basically that increases blood circulation. There are so many oils and natural extracts that are said to help, I don’t know who to believe. Probably none hurt but I doubt that most will be able to grow back hair. This man claims that...
It might have thinned out the slightest but that is normal, you will never have the same hair you had at 15 but that does mean that you will have noticeable hair loss in the near future. Who knows for how long you could have a full head of hair, could be a decade, could be more, could be less.
you probably will shed, it’s a part of the process. You can keep your hair very short for a couple months until the hair grows back thicker in order to make the shedding less noticeable.
you dont need to wash you hair before every minoxidil application. once a day is fine, or even less. try to use a shampoo without sodium laureth sulfates and parabens though, so that it’s less harmful to your hair
