Same here. Just using antibacterial spray on it, before using and after using. Never had problem. Quick update for me : I'm 1 month at 1.5mm, begin to see really good progress, Dermrolling is doing wonders at the moment, in one month i'll post picture i think.

Ok guys, i'm 6 weeks inside dermarolling. The first 4 weeks, i used 0.7mm, was bleeding quite much. Not painfull. Nearly 0 result. So i decided to go for 1.5 mm and i'm beginning to see some results. It's encouraging, but i can't do it every week when i'm at 1.5, i feel that i need at least 10...

I'm doing 0.8 mm , impossible to do more, i bleed too much. It's not hurting. I'm using Dr Pen. Do you think i should increase the depth ? Even if it's bleeding like hell ? I'm 2 weeks in the process.

Just start Finasteride, don't start MInoxidyl yet, if you wanna have some more gains start minoxidil but i wouldn't recommand if you re happy with your current hairline

I'm not sure your balding, can you post better quality photos ? With wet hair, with close look on temples Anyway, if you are worried (You are the best to know if youre balding), go finasteride, don't start minoxidyl. Finasteride will make your hair stabilized, if you have Side effect stop it :)
