I'm going to make an appointment with my GP to discuss finasteride. I do think this is my last chance to use it if I am going to, any more receding and thinning I doubt I could recover from.

If I was to consider finasteride I would do so from the lowest dose. The avoidance of side effects is priority over keeping hair.

I'm not sure about a shave, but a buzzcut. The photos are intentionally bad, I don't wear my hair like this and can do a fairly good hiding job but ruffled it to stand on end etc for a clear view. Anyway thats not what I was asking. Looking for advice on hair transplant potential.
