yeah this thread seems to be following the same fate as tressless, the same questions being asked over and over, and any useful knowledge buried in a thousand pages.

I'm really not sure, but I do know that eating lots of bread (brown and white), dairy (milk and cheese), sugar, rice (brown and white) causes hrt to not work, and by not work I mean my libido returning from the grave, sebum production increasing, hair loss, my skin looking like sh*t, nipple...

only when I cut all good tasting food out of my diet. noone knows what the hell is going on, and most don't believe that it's dietary related. It's been 21 months, and I still need to wear a hairpiece

what diet has worked best for you? I know blood sugar spiking foods causes hairloss in my case, do you experience the same?

It's okay bro, I did the same. I used calcium chloride mixed with ethanol injections. That pain is brutal, but in my experience the worst is after 4 hours, and is tolerable after 11 hours or so. If your sack is burning, that means some of the solution leaked out and can cause necrosis, you will...

The pepe, estrogen injection timeline was the best imo

As I've said before, I have a similar reaction. My acne returns when I eat things that would spike the blood sugar. Maybe it's because a spike in blood sugar can cause an increase in the alpha reductase enzyme. @Yar has some theories about a liver enzyme that may be a link between diet and...

I had the same result initially, until I started limiting my calorie intake, and cutting out refined sugar and saturated fats. The feeling of hunger seems to trigger results, reducing sebum production, beast tenderness coming back and hair feeling healthier. If you're not getting results from...

This is what is so annoying, some people experience full regrowth without altering diet in any way, but in my case, diet absolutely affects results. Everyone is different, for all we know, people who's diet affects their hrt result may have an out of whack gut biome. Don't assume that just...

Thanks for the response, it's the first time hearing hspg's role in hairloss, I guess an underlooked aspect of it. Also, just ignore the trolls, it's a new account so it's obviously just someone trying to mess with you (probably someone who already lurks/posts here)

can you explain the role of hspg in hair loss? I've tried googling it but it all seems very complex, maybe you could give a simplified explanation?

I agree, although I think it varies from person to person. Sugar also causes collagen to breakdown and fine lines to appear. I used to work with someone my age, and all he would eat was sugar, and it showed. His hair was also very receded (nw3.5) which is bad for a 20 year old.

I've had the same experience as you, my hair gets less greasy and feels stronger at the roots when I don't eat refined carbs and sugar. There are studies that show eating anything that spikes your blood sugar increases alpha 5 reductase and therefore, DHT, while fasting has the opposite effect...
