Really depends who and where you get it, and how bad your template are. I'd say at least 7k USD for full temple procedure.

Your pictures indicate no balding to me. The kind of bald spot there is a cowlick, most people have that, does not mean balding. See examples: https://www.google.com/search?espv=2&biw=1180&bih=820&tbm=isch&q=cowlick+crown

Hmm, yes it does seem your starting to thin. I would get on Finasteride ASAP, it'll stop any more loss and grow a little back.
