Long story short:
You can do something against your hairloss. Most recommend the big 3 against hair loss. Which are Finasteride, Minoxidil and shampoo with ketaconazol.
I would recommend starting with one of the 3, just to keep your " regimen" simple at the start. Maybe just 1 thing will do wonders for you and all the other things are just a waste of money/time and effort. The idea behind this is: If you start with both Finasteride and Minoxidil and it works. At some time you will start to wonder if just Finasteride would have worked and if you are buying and applying Minoxidil for the rest of your life, while it has no real effect. Not good for your wallet and also not beneficial for your skin(besides other possible side effects).
Finasteride is a pill you take every day, for the rest of your life ( if you want to maintain any results) and could stop hair loss at the core. It does have some potential side effects though. Read about them and make a well thought through decision! Lots of information to find here on this forum. Finasteride is arguable the most effective treatment of the three. As it is the one thing that attacks the reason you are getting bald, while minoxidil just helps existing hairs grow faster/longer/stronger. I think most would recommend starting with Finasteride.
Minoxidil is a lotion/liquid/foam which you apply once or twice every day for the rest of your life (if you want maintain results). Could help regrow hairs at bald spots and make existing hairs healthier/stronger/thicker. You do look like someone who would respond good to minoxidil.
Keta Shampoo is the least effective and you dont have to use it all the time( couple of times a week), but is a nice addition. Expensive!

I once read a quote. Fighting hairloss is like running a marathon, Ketaconazol cleans the streets, so you can run more easily, Minoxidil is a water stand wthat helps you go that extra mile and Finasteride is a bed, where you can rest and power up and finish that marathon without any problems..... Kinda applies.
