I've heard that gynecomastia is actually a rather common side effect of finasteride. Maybe I've been hearing from inaccurate sources; however, I've never considered hair transplant before, so I personally wouldn't know of any side effects.

I've always had whey protein ever since I've been bodybuilding. Usually I mix my shakes with fruits and almond milk, though.

KANGA has some good tips, I don't have much facial acne nowadays, but I wish I had known that back in high school. I remember what I did before bed, I would ALWAYS use a clean towel or shirt to cover my pillow. While it did substantially reduce my acne, never really got rid of it.
