Not banned. I have taken it to Dominican many times. I do recommend wrapping it in a few bags, though. One time the pills got broken-up--which I assume was because of the cold air while it was high in the air. Have fun!

Yes it did. I felt very oily actually. Even after washing my hair, after 4 hours or so my scalp felt oily. It was like that for the first 3 months. Went away after 4 months. I was my hair every other day now. With Selsum Blue (with zinc) followed by Nizorol 2%.
