Eight months on Propecia now, and I'm still thinning in front of my crown. How long before Propecia started to work for you, in terms of slowing down/stopping loss?

On Propecia since April for diffuse crown loss...hair loss in anterior mid scalp seems to have accelerated. I'm not noticing much more shedding but the shafts themselves are thinner...is this normal?

I'm still thinning - now my mid scalp is thinning drastically too. I want to stay optimistic but it's hard. The hairs themselves are miniaturizing - not shedding.
