I was wondering this as well. It probably would give the surgeon an incentive to do a good job as well knowing that you'd be coming back. It would probably look very strange for most people.

I've seen a lot of transplants recently where there seems to be no obvious scarring on the back of the head. Doesn't seem to be a problem if the surgeon is good and you aren't over harvested. Minoxidil would theoretically work for some fuzz there but I'd just dermaroll to break up the scar...

I was under the impression that ARTAS left bigger scars than well trianed surgeons do? Nonetheless doesn't look bad.
