Have you tried MinoxidilMax's spironolactone cream? MAA is about 4x the price of what Dr. Lee's and Wholesalehair's spironolactone cream was.

Hi @pogue and @jazz1 . Do you know what the difference is between the lotion and the cream on their site? Is the lotion thinner and easier to apply? Any preference?

Hey Jazz1, I stopped finasteride because it didn't stop my hairline from receding so I don't know if it was working or not and I didn't want to risk any potential long term side effects by continuing to take it.

Thanks for the link. No finasteride or dutasteride. I stopped using finasteride about 10 years ago since I was still slowly losing hair. MinoxidilMax sells a cream that's the same ingredients as s5, but never ordered anything from them so don't know how reputable they are.

Does anyone know of a reputable site where you can buy either 5% spironolactone cream or 2% spironolactone solution from? Used to buy from wholesale hair products but looks like they don't exist anymore.

How are people getting the 200mg/ml of lactoferrin? If they mentioned this formula then for a 60ml solution it'd be: 60mg lactoferrin 104.4mg arginine 9ml trehalose 1.2ml polysorbate 80 59.8ml distilled water

Hey @worm if ethyl alcohol helps with penetration why not make the entire solution out of ethyl alcohol? What are your thoughts on using everclear instead of ethyl alcohol? If zix doesnt stop my scalp pain and itch would it be safe to assume that it’s not working for me?

@jamesbooker1975 I bought the Kirkland Aller-Tec liquid oral version for kids which is 5mg/5ml. If i bought Zyrtec liquid gel capsules which are 10mg of cetirizine each, cut 54 of them open and add it to 60ml of the kids version then i would effectively have a very pure 1% solution of cetirizine...

How long did it take you guys to receive your S5 Plus from the day you ordered it?

Hi Admin, I just purchased a 3 pack of S5 Cream Plus on Monday. By what you said with the formula consistency, am I going to be getting a sub standard product? Or is the product only going to be shipped once the formula consistency has been resolved?

Is the 0.05% alfatradiol concentration safe and doesn't get absorbed? All the studies do 0.025%. Has anyone had any experience with this product?

1. Have there ever been studies that showed there were any systemic effects from topical spironolactone? 2. All the studies on topical spironolactone involve a cream but I am using an alcohol/liquid solution. Would that change the possibility of it getting absorbed and causing systemic effects?
