Pretty much in a week in 1 had heart palpitations.
Now in about the 2 month mark and i been getting sudden chest pains (near the heart).
I'm now considering stopping oral minoxidil....
Is it ok just to stop taking?
Girlfriend thinks my eyelashes have grown longer but i dont think i've had...
I went to a hair transplant surgeon in thailand and they recommended me oral minoxidil prior to a hair transplant surgery.
I talked to my dr about it and they said give it a go but monitor the effects/blood pressure etc.
Currently cut up a 10mg tablet into 4's (roughly 2.5mg) the first night...
Little longer than a month. I was surprised that i was seeing a lot less shed after short use. Sounds super weird but i'll monitor it after a couple more months :).
Well...some natural...some not natural
Things i've used and results in no particular order:
Regular bamboo brush massages...
I sense sarcasm but i'll answer anyway ;)
The most important answer: Maccas for breakfast, KFC for dinner. ;)
Started when I was 16 (now 28). - Quite lucky to still have hair using natural treatments
Almost instant
Too early to tell if it's thicker. I'll take pics after a few months of use
I agree with the blood check. If you are balding it would be very rare if it was typical male pattern baldness at that age.
Could be lack of iron or stress
Everyone seems to do it differently
I usually shower/wash before microneedling. Microneedling with dirty/oily hair seems like a bad idea.
Concealers generally do not have harsh chemicals and attach to your hair follicle so you should be safe applying it straight after microneedling.
Background
I'm 28. Norwood 2, surprisingly been a norwood 2 since I was 16/17 however my hairloss has been progressively worse throughout the years.
Things i've tried:
LLLT
Microneedling
Few hair loss tonics (swarskof, yanagiya)
Nizoral
(basically most things besides minoxidil and propecia)...
Your first point of call should be a doctor.
Get your blood tests done before starting finasteride etc.
Things like iron deficiency causes hair loss too which vegetarians are more susceptible to for obvious reasons
