I agree with the blood check. If you are balding it would be very rare if it was typical male pattern baldness at that age. Could be lack of iron or stress

Everyone seems to do it differently I usually shower/wash before microneedling. Microneedling with dirty/oily hair seems like a bad idea. Concealers generally do not have harsh chemicals and attach to your hair follicle so you should be safe applying it straight after microneedling.

Wouldn't see why not. There has been results with just microneedling alone on Youtube. Just don't overdo it and cause shockloss

Your first point of call should be a doctor. Get your blood tests done before starting finasteride etc. Things like iron deficiency causes hair loss too which vegetarians are more susceptible to for obvious reasons
