i have been on msm for 2 weeks & my legs,chest & arms hair are growing crazy but nothing for my hair on my head. has this happened to anyone else.

i have been using centrum for 2 m onths is it a good vitamin eg does it contain enough b6 & zinc. anyone

i take a centruma day & it has 5mg zinc is that not enough

i read somewhere zinc orally can help prevent hairloss.
