    Joining the club!

7 years now... :) That's pretty crazy. I started taking finasteride on my 23rd birthday. I'm now 30 and still have the same amount of hair that I started with... Well nearly the same amount. Close enough.

Ever year I think I have lost some ground and then I come on the forum and look at my old pictures and see that I really haven't lost anything at all! My hair line really hasn't changed in the last 6 years :) I have been taking...

I feel like I have had some reccesion in the last year, possibly. But looking at the old pictures it's very hard to tell. I haven't been monitoring all that closely. When I pull my hair back I feel like there used to be more hair on my hairline. If I have lost ground, it's only on that thin...

I've only ever used finasteride. I think if finasteride stopped working, I would just let my hair go. I couldn't be bothered with monox and other crap every day. Sorry to hear you guys haven't had success :( that really does such. I guess I'm one of the lucky guys who doesn't post on the forum anymore.

Its that time of the year again when I give an update on my hair. Its been 3 years now since I started on finasteride and still going strong. Over the last year I feel like I might have lost some ground on my hairline possibly due to lowering my dosage (half per day) and skipping days! I recently got...

Maintaining and got rid of "Sides"

I was hoping I would one day post here. Anyway, I have been on finasteride (Finpecia) for 15 months. So far it has maintained my hairline and I have not had any regrowth. Which I am perfectly happy with. The first few months on finasteride were absolutely fine with no sides at all! Early this year I...

    Subjective perspective on your hair

I realised I was losing my hair about 14 months ago and jump into finasteride immediately. For the first month or two I was freaking out and looking at my hairline everyday and constantly stressing about it. After a while I got used to it and wasn't stressed about my hairline at all anymore. Just took...
