My dad is totally bald up top but has thick hair in donor areas. I personally started thinning around age 23, so been losing hair for 4 years now. I'm receding in the temple areas, thinning started initially.

How certain are you this is retrograde alopecia?

Should've clarified, those are dry vs wet pics. I don't style my hair like that. I spike it up and use Toppik.

Age: 26 finasteride: Started August 2018 Min: Started June 2018 Started noticing thinning in late 2017, but was probably thinning since 2015. I regret not catching it sooner.
