How Bad Is My Diffuse Thinning? Is Hair Transplant The Answer

Started noticing thinning in late 2017, but was probably thinning since 2015. I regret not catching it sooner.

thats pretty bad. id stay away from doing the combover in the 3rd 4th and 5th pics and keep doing what you do with your hair in the first pic. you cover up your balding better.

Should've clarified, those are dry vs wet pics. I don't style my hair like that. I spike it up and use Toppik.

are these pics recent? minoxidil hasnt regrown hair for you or yes? monxidil is good for diffuse thinners. and its also good youre taking Finasteride to prevent more hair loss and thinning.

It looks like youve been thinning for close to a decade man. Is there a lot of full balding in your family? I think your pattern is nw6 in the future.

Diffuse thinning is very bad . I think transplant would be better option for you.
