I dont have experience with Pyrilutamide myself but I did use RU-58841(Also a topical anti-androgen) for around half a year and saw improvements on my hairline, but had to drop it due to financial reasons. I've seen far more success stories with RU than I have with Pyrilutamide so if you're not...

Makes sense to me. I'm just speculating but do you think micro needling devices like stamps or pens of excess length (4-5mm) when pressed excessively hard would be enough to kill the mites? Maybe I wont stab all the mites but i'll at least destroy the follicle and cure myself of the mites?
