Toppik makes a mess of your bathroom and bed sheets. I recommend brown/black pillow cases when you have a concealer in. Also, I have a gym membership so I always wash my hair at the gym.

I would try Fullmore - it's fantastic stuff. It really holds up and doesn't look like the "hair in a can" as in the informecials.

Strange. In Canada we need a prescription for 5% Minoxidil (you can get 2% OTC) and you can get Nizoral 2% without a prescription. I wish sometimes they were flipped - thank god I'm in the US quite a bit for work.

I did that routine for a while and it worked for me. There are studies that show that routine is more effective than finasteride.

I hope this doesn't affect us in Canada. Nizoral is one of the few hair regrowing products we can get easily here!

If you are close to the Canadian border I recommend making a trip. We can get 2% ketoconazole (Nizoral) shampoo up here with no prescription - which is odd considering you need a prescription for 5% minoxidil.

Don't panic. Missing a week won't cause your hair suddenly to fall out. I go weeks and sometimes months before I get my dutasteride. I don't know what your doses are but I usually take 4 pills a week.
