Zinc while on finasteride?

What's the consensus here in regards to taking zinc while on finasteride to keep test up/reduce gyno?

Your test actually rises by 9pc on finasteride, but I get what your trying to say . Zinc can lower the risk of sides as it balances out hormones , I would suggest taking a 15mg supplement of zinc .

Don't take more than 50mg of zinc per day though as too much is bad for hair .

Taking too much zinc blocks your body being able to absorb copper which is important for hair .
