Zinc 333% every day

My pills of Zinc start to run out. Do you think I should buy another 100-pill bottle or wtf... If Zinc contributes 1% to my anti-baldness pharmaceytical army then.. its not worth it.

too much zinc could potentially make things worse, make sure you only take a maximum of 100% RDA.
