Hello everybody, i've been on minoxidil for 4 years and 1 month, and around 2 on finasteride, with good and stable results. Last month or so i've noticed some declining of the results but after so many years i considered it normal. I had some shedding but it was not really noticable on the mirror so i holded on my routine.

Today i washed my hair, and damn, the sink was clogged from strands of hair. More than 200 hairs fell. I am a little panicked. I have experienced once something similar when i stopped minoxidil for a while but it came back when i got back on it. I lose hair from all over the scalp but it's worse on my left temple.

The question is, why is this happening now? Synchronised shed? (4yrs) Or a bad batch of minoxidil? I am on regaine (europe) every night and dr lee's in the morning. I don't know which might caused the problem. During the summer there were small periods where i was using twice regaine or twice dr lee's because i was running out. I don't know if i should change anything...

Anyone else noticed declining results on dr lee's lately?
Also i want to learn a place to buy legit kirkland 5% on the internet.

thanks

What do you mean 'legit' kirkland minoxidil? I highly doubt that kirkland minoxidil is counterfeited no matter where you get it. At the price it sells it would cost more to start up a company that was viably able to forge it, I'd be confident buying it from Ebay or any other popular internet source.

I'm not really sure about the rest, sounds like a shed but I dunno. I don't know why you assume it to be a bad batch of drugs or anything (something I highly doubt), it is more than likely just your male pattern baldness catching up to be honest... I'd just ride it out and keep up the regime you are doing. As long as you are buying your propecia from a chemist and your minoxidil from places like Dr.Lee I don't think you have to worry about fake drugs.

thanks for the reply.

I have stopped minoxidil once in the past, and i know how it feels and how the gains are diminishing very fast. I highly doubt one strand of hair just coming out one morning because hairloss is catching up! It feels like i haven't been on meds for a while. Some slight "pain" and crawling sensations on the roots and hairs pulled out easily...

if you are losing because male pattern baldness catching up it's a slower process, somewhere there is a diagram that indicates it. My results were quite steady for 4 yrs.

could anybody tell me any online-pharmacy that sends the orders fast in europe?

i apologise for my english if i'm not very well-understood! :dunno:
