young bald

i'm only 17 years old..my hairs getting thinner day by day.and also i've got very much hair loss at whole areas..i'm sure it's androgenetic alope because my older brother's hair loss has started at same years like me.he didnt tried to stop it and now he is nearly bald.i dont want to get bald so i'm using silicium44 and avodart(dutasteride).i dont know is there anyone using this silicium and dutasteride and happy with results??
