Young and hair getting thinner

Hello there people.

I am reading for a long time in multiple forums, and I felt it is high time to post my question.

I am 20 years old and I reside in Turkey. I have tried many non-surgical treatments like minoxidil and rogaine, but no satisfactory result has been achieved. Now I want to have a little surgical treatment as I don't want to wait and make my hairloss greater, and also the operation.

What would you recommend for me to do ?

Haven't used finasteride, only a little minoxidil and some rogaine. And I have a very slowly but continious hair loss.

minoxidil and rogaine are the same thing. give finasteride a chance

Hello there people,

not been able to write back for some time, but well, kept on researching and reading A LOT!

Tried finasteride but no good results so far. Well, is there anything else that you can recommend? Because I am thinking to apply to a couple of clinics for a surgical restoration.

I can not maintain my current ones as well, strong shedding continues, alongside with dandruff. Contacted with a couple of clinics, will be writing back to ask for advice later this evening.

Fur turkey seems to be a good option as I can get a face to face consultation and I am planning to apply for it. Does anybody know that clinic or Beyhan Kovulmaz (Ozkesen) name, or any other good clinics in Turkey?
