Its drug for the heart. Is this prescription drug ? If so ask your Dr. if you can have it for your hair. Scary sh*t.

Coq10 looks like it is marketed for heart heath as well. No prescription required as it is a supplement but a still a little Leary if taking something meant for the heart to maybe improve hair. Will be interested in the feedback from those taking it though.

I started this a few days ago, i have some grey hairs on the sides, i doubt this will reverse them but maybe in can slow the process down a bit. I used just for men control gx for quite a bit but some of the stories about it causing hair to thin over time worried me so i stopped.

Don't use CoQ-10, use Ubiquinol. Same thing but much more effective.

Now you're telling me ;) What are decent alternatives though?

Edit: did you yourself lose hair because of Propranolol? Were you able to regrow it (somewhat) after stopping the drug?
Don’t know about alternatives but yes I lost a ton of hair. Tried it 3 times over 2 years because I kept figuring the hair loss must be from something else.

I think there is research linking heart to hair loss. Google it

Most likely it works to reduce inflammation or cholesterol in the body
