Your hair looks really good, though it looks like you may have slight recession. Really its going to come down to what your hair loss goals are, realistically finasteride is not going to bring your hairline forward much, but it will likely help you maintain what you have.

Some people get discouraged when they hear that finasteride doesnt give that much regrowth, but honestly once your hairline recedes further you will be begging for some maintenance.

Hope I was of help. Btw I have been on finasteride for 4 months now, will the only sides being some tenderness in my testicles early on.

Havent experienced any gains, though there is no doubt it has slowed down my hairloss.

I actually took the plunge about 6 months earlier with finpecia and pussied out because of the ball ache and overall lack of libido, was on it for around 2 weeks..you're saying those side effects usually subside?

your hair is in an AMAZING place to start propecia. The good thing is you could give it up without taking too much of a loss at this point. you do have recession, thats how it starts and IMO you look like you'd be a diffuse thinner.

In terms of dosage what would be my best bet? I still got sides on .33 of a pill every morning by the way

Try .25 eod after 2 weeks try .5 eod and take it from there you could afford being on a low dose for a bit
