y proscar???

i notice many people here are on proscar and most of them split the pill into 4th or 5th...there are also debates on whether finasteride is evenly distributed in those splitted portions,etc...i was wondering y not finpecia instead of proscar since u can save the trouble of splitting the pills and worrying about finasteride distribution. Price wise i guess they are about the same since its generic propecia we are talking about...Any inputs???? thanks 8)

When you think aobut it would highly unprobable for the finasteride to unevenly distributed in the Proscar pills.
The pills aren't individualy hand crafted they are pressed form large batches of powder that has been uniformly mixed. So if you are paranoid its just as likely that the dosage varies from pill to pill.

As for why you would take proscar and cut it instead of finpecia. Likely its because proscar is actualy covered by some drug plans. Also if you wanted to go generic you could get Fincar and save even more money.
