It's just the way your temples are, if they aren't changing then don't sweat it man.

That one's a little suspect. Definitely watch it.

Most docs don't know what the f*** they are talking about when it comes to hairloss, don't trust it isn't male pattern baldness just because they tell you it isn't. It might not be, but take photos at month to month intervals to check how things go.

You should be more concerned about acne(tretinoin/spironolactone)...Your hair looks fine so far.

specifically, what in the photo makes it suspect? Just wondering

Looks to me like miniturization and recession eating away the temple. Not everyone's hairline is perfect so I can't say that for sure, but definitely take a photo every month or so and just be aware of it.

You gave up fighting acne?
I haven't given up fighting male pattern baldness for more than ten years now,and acne is definitely far easier to treat than male pattern baldness.
May i ask how you fought acne so far?

I’m not trying to deny you or anything, just giving other pointers - maybe it could just be my hair being so naturally thin (had thin hair all my life) and the fact my hair is styled as a combover therefor being shorter on that side which makes it look even thinner? Just had to ask

Well I haven’t gave up as such, it just doesn’t bother me as much as it used to be soooo much worse a couple of years ago, I’ve done well to get rid of it (the photos don’t back me up aha)

There’s a big difference between potential 18-22 year old having a horrible receding hairline which is completely irreversible and having some spots that can easily disappear if I tried...

A psychiatrist.
You might be joking with that but I think you’re actually right. A lot of stress has came my way over certain family reasons and it’s honestly been the worst time of my life... maybe that’s played a part

Just shows the impact of baldness is greatest! I'm in agreement. You should treat your acne but it will pass. Baldness is permanent and youth/prime years gone. Depressing as **** but true.
Yeah! I’d rather have a spot on every square millimetre of my skin and have a sick hairline than the opposite way around
