Wow my head just keeps playing tricks with me...

Im starting to think I just have thin hair instead of diffuse thinning...the only patch of hair that I have that is decent think its a patch @ the very back...my dad is balding and my mom for a woman has thin hair...and in the shower and in bed I shed almost no hairs.....this is just what im starting to think.
